Everyone else buys açaí coffee from Brazil. We make it in Brazil.
One ingredient: roasted, ground açaí seed. It brews like coffee, with no caffeine at all. We own the factory in Pará, and we roast it there ourselves.

The part everyone threw away
Açaí is a fruit that grows on palms in the Amazon floodplain. Around 0% of each berry is the stone in the middle, and for generations all of it was waste. Brazil still discards hundreds of thousands of tonnes every year.
It is not coffee with açaí in it, and it is not decaffeinated coffee. It is a different plant entirely.
What is açaí coffeeThree things only we can say
We make it
Our own factory in Itupiranga, Pará, running since 2019. We are the producer, not a brand buying from one.
We control the roast
Roasted under controlled speed, temperature and pressure, not judged by eye. That protects what over-roasting destroys.
One ingredient
100% de-pulped açaí seed. No sugar, no flavouring, no preservatives, no fillers. One line on the pack.

Every bag is made in this building
We built in Itupiranga because the seed is here and it does not travel well as waste. Being where the fruit is means we take the seed while it is fresh.
Straight answers
- Does açaí coffee contain caffeine?
- No. The açaí seed does not contain caffeine, so there is none to remove. It is different from decaf, which starts as caffeinated coffee and has the caffeine stripped out.
- Is it coffee?
- No. It contains no coffee at all. It is the roasted, ground seed of the açaí fruit, which is unrelated to the coffee plant. It brews like coffee and drinks like coffee.
- What does it taste like?
- Dark and full-bodied, closer to coffee than tea, with earthy and nutty notes. It is low in acid and does not carry coffee bitterness. It does not taste like açaí smoothie bowls.
